Tenant House.

Tenant House, otherwise Annie's Cottage is down Church Lane, Emmerdale, and is the second oldest surviving building in the village, having been built in 1671. It was first seen in 1993 when Annie Sugden bought it after the family had to leave the original Emmerdale Farm. Instead of moving into Hawthorn Cottage with her oldest son Jack Sugden and his wife Sarah Sugden, Annie chose this property.
