Trivia[]
It has been suspected by viewers that Tall Trees Cottages is the remainder of w:c:emmerdale:w:c:emmerdale:Demdyke Row which was destroyed in the plane crash in 1993. However this is strongly denied by the Emmerdale archivist, plus another crew member has also denied this. After much of Demdyke Row was destroyed by the air disaster, the remainder was demolished. And Demdyke Row also appeared to be at the opposite end of the village to Tall Trees, and was along the Hotten Road towards w:c:emmerdale:w:c:emmerdale:Connelton.
However, there was 2 cottages in front of Demdyke Row, which Tall Trees seemed to have been based on when the show moved the village scenes from Esholt to the Harewood set, see the 6th image in the gallery.
