Tenant House.
Tenant House, otherwise Annie's Cottage is down w:c:emmerdale:Church Lane, Emmerdale, and is the second oldest surviving building in the village, having been built in 1671. It was first seen in 1993 when w:c:emmerdale:Annie Sugden bought it after the family had to leave the original w:c:emmerdale:Emmerdale Farm. Instead of moving into w:c:emmerdale:Hawthorn Cottage with her oldest son w:c:emmerdale:Jack Sugden and his wife w:c:emmerdale:Sarah Sugden, Annie chose this property.
