Episode 716 (25th February 1982)

Synopsis

Tom Merrick and Seth Armstrong in the Home Farm office in 1982.

The events of the past weeks have altered things between Jack and Pat but Annie is more concerned about Sam Pearson's frame of mind. Tom Merrick says a farewell to Beckindale as he moves on to pastures new after a job offer on an oil rig. He says goodbye to Amos and Henry before visiting Home Farm to say bye to Jackie and Seth Armstrong. When Seth leaves the room Tom says to Jackie that if he gets into any trouble then to go and see Henry Wilks. Tom says he will be back at some point. As Tom is waiting for a minibus Jack pulls up ready to apologise but Tom lets Jack know how much he despises him.
